Red Lodge Community Pool is a registered centre for training and qualifying candidates for the Royal Lifesaving Society 'National Pool Lifeguard Qualification' (NPLQ) and Survive & Save awards under the umbrella of the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS).

Survive & Save Club (Lifesaving club)
We run a Survive & Save Lifesaving Club every Thursday evening 6pm - 7pm (Term-Time) this course teaches children up to the age of the 16 the important moral lifesaving skills including Life Support 3 (Resuscitation) and prepares them for the Lifeguard (NPLQ) course at the age of 16.

Rookie Lifeguard (Junior Lifesaving)
We run a Rookie Lifeguard club every Friday evening 6pm - 7pm. In this course they will work towards their Rookie challenge bronze, silver and gold awards. This will prepare them for the Thursday Lifesaving club. This club can include the Life Support 3 Award. Children from the age of 10 Years old can join this club.
